Shkodër’s exclusive document/Lajthiza water was completely safe to drink

Three people have ended up seriously ill after consuming a substance dangerous to their health, which was suspected to be water mixed with acid. The incident happened on Wednesday evening in Shkodër, in a restaurant. The Shkodra Prosecutor’s Office has started investigations in cooperation with the National Food Authority.

While the causes of the incident are being investigated and the official result is being prepared, what has been officially confirmed so far is that the Lajthiza water that was served in the bar on the evening of the event was within normal parameters for consumption and was 100% safe for customers.
