DPT: 415 thousand hours saved in March 2026 from online tax services
The tax administration's online services continue to bring significant convenience to citizens and businesses. During March 2026 alone, around 415,000 hours were saved thanks to the use of the e-Albania electronic platform and digital tax services.
According to official data, the most used services are:
Proof of payment of contributions by the entity/individual, with 192,082 applications
Proof of payment, with 171,513 applications
Proof of payment of obligations, with 26,495 applications
Proof of turnover for the last 3 years, with 19,544 applications
Proof of status (active/passive), with 5,734 applications
These figures show the increase in the use of online services and citizens' trust in digitalization, significantly reducing waiting times and bureaucratic procedures.
The tax administration emphasizes that it will continue to expand electronic services, with the aim of further improving access and efficiency for every user.
