Rama: Balluku will continue as political leader of the SP in the Fier region

The leader of the Socialist Party, also Prime Minister Edi Rama, declared today at the meeting of the Socialist Party parliamentary group that Belinda Balluku will continue to be the political leader in the Fier region. According to him, few people in the Socialist Party maintain contacts with the territory like Belinda Balluku.

"I know that even here among us there are some who think that the exemplary electoral victories of Belinda and the teams she led in the territory stem from the power of the power she had. This remains to be seen in the upcoming local elections in the Fier region, where she will continue to lead the region and will no longer be in any executive power. But what I know for sure is something else: that few of us here maintain the same contacts with the territory as Belinda Balluku, by regularly going to the areas she covers as a political leader," Rama emphasized.

Rama further focused on the fact that the changes in the infrastructure and energy sectors in Albania are the result of the government's work, appreciating the contribution of the former Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku.

During his speech from the Presidency of the Assembly, Rama also focused on the reactions and public debates that have accompanied the accusations against Balluk.

"The mere announcement of the accusation in the crooked and unfortunately customary way of the 'Train Station' investigative groups, which use the media as paramilitary forces to blame and publicly annihilate their subjects, was enough to raise against Belinda Balluku all the waves of the sea of hatred that boil and boil without rest in the 700 pots of our political and media bazaar and to gather whole clouds of perverse fantasies of social networks, to turn the man into a criminal with 300 villas, two yachts and 10 thousand euros of magic solutions for a car wash ," said Rama.

Meanwhile, the prime minister added, "according to them, the roads built during her leadership all collapsed due to corruption, the rains poured in torrents and floods covered the mountains of Albania due to the lack of canals stolen by her; the sea turned sour due to the whirlwind of political and media bargaining and finally came, with historic calls for an outpouring on the Boulevard, the long-awaited hour of great revenge against the man who led the Democratic Party for 'jufka' in Dibër and paved it all over Fier. Despite the 'Zegjine gas' (the first man in the history of Europe that the Helsinki Committee took under the protection of a girl, mercy Zegjine) ," Rama said.

But, Rama added, " while Belinda Balluku turned into a witch who should be burned in a medieval pyre of wood with Molotov cocktails and all the funds mobilized like never before in these years from state sources, international financial organizations or private enterprise for infrastructure turned into money stolen by her, today I want to tell Albanians that the epochal change that continues and will continue in the infrastructure sector and in the energy sector of our country was not brought about by time, nor was it simply brought about by money."

Rama added that, "money has been spent in full before for those abandoned roads. No one and nothing else brought it except their vote for this party, for the government of this party, which also includes Belinda Balluku as a member of the Presidency of the Socialist Party, as one of our most voted and most supported people by the voters, who for 6 years in a row led the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, working around the clock, fighting without reserve to achieve the ambitious objectives of our governing program on time and in quality, amidst 1001 difficulties in these two sectors that have long suffered historical backwardness for many reasons."
