Legalizations, 2994 decisions approved in May - ASHK: Without physical counters, property formalization continues

The State Cadastre Agency announces that during the month of May, a total of 2,994 legalization decisions were approved, continuing the process of formalizing constructions and providing citizens with the relevant ownership documentation.
According to the Albanian Civil Registry Agency, beneficiaries of these decisions will not need to physically appear at the counters to collect the documentation. Legalization decisions will be available electronically in the personal profile of each citizen on the e-Albania platform, equipped with a digital seal and electronic signature, guaranteeing the legal validity of the document.
This process is part of efforts to modernize public services and facilitate administrative procedures for citizens. The use of electronic documents aims to reduce waiting times, avoid red tape and provide faster access to state services.
For transparency and full information, the lists of beneficiaries have been published on the official website of the State Cadastre Agency, in the "Publications" section. These lists are organized according to the respective Local Directorates, enabling citizens to verify whether they have been included in the decisions adopted during the month of May.
The legalization process is important for formalizing assets, ensuring legal security for owners, and improving territorial administration.
ASHK continues to work to complete legalization processes and provide more efficient services to citizens throughout the country.
