The accreditation package for the IPARD III program is closed/ The Ministry of Finance advances in the process of opening the funds

The Ministry of Finance successfully completed the preparation of the accreditation package for the IPARD III Programme, marking an important step towards accessing European Union funds for the development of agriculture and rural areas.
Under the guidance of the National Authorising Officer (NAO), and with the support of the relevant structures, the NAO Support Directorate and the National Fund Directorate, a complete documentation was prepared, in accordance with European Union standards.
The submitted package includes the request for the trust of budget implementation tasks, accompanied by detailed evidence on the fulfillment of the criteria set by the European Commission.
The submission of this package constitutes a key moment in the preparations for the opening of IPARD III funds, which is intended to be realized during 2026.
Subsequently, the process will enter the evaluation phase by the European Commission services (DG AGRI), which includes a detailed analysis of the documentation and possible verifications on the ground. This phase is expected to take place during the second quarter of this year.
The Ministry of Finance remains committed to guaranteeing the fulfillment of all standards required by the European Union and to enabling the effective absorption of IPARD III funds, in order to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector and the sustainable development of rural areas.
