Greqi, investimet e huaja direkte ulen me 14% – Viti i kaluar regjistroi rënien më të madhe me mbi 50%

Investimet e huaja direkte arritën në 2,097 miliardë euro në gjysmën e parë të këtij viti, më pak se 2,434 miliardë euro të së njëjtës periudhë të vitit të kaluar, sipas të dhënave të publikuara të Bankës së Greqisë.
Kjo rënie 14% pason një tjetër edhe më të madhe, mbi 50%, në gjysmën e parë të vitit 2023, krahasuar me periudhën korresponduese të vitit 2022, kur investimet e huaja direkte kishin arritur në 5,125 miliardë euro. Viti 2022 ishte një vit rekord për investimet e huaja direkte, duke arritur në 7.5 miliardë euro. Më pas, në vitin 2023 ato ranë në 4.6 miliardë euro, sipas të dhënave nga Banka e Greqisë.
Investimet e huaja direkte janë pjesë e bastit të madh të rritjes së investimeve në vend, nga të cilat varet ritmi i rritjes dhe konvergjenca e të ardhurave me Bashkimin Evropian. Në vitin 2023, u parashikua një rritje prej 15.5% në formimin bruto të kapitalit fiks, pra investimi total dhe përfundimisht arriti në 4%. Për vitin 2024 ishte parashikuar edhe një 15.1% optimiste në buxhet dhe në fund Programi i Stabilitetit të prillit të kaluar e uli atë në 9.1%. Banka e Greqisë parashikon megjithatë një normë rritjeje prej 7.4%.
Një pjesë tjetër e rëndësishmë janë investimet e Fondit të Rimëkëmbjes, për të cilat ka një garë jo vetëm për të disbursuar burimet përkatëse nga BE, por edhe për t’i shpërndarë ato në ekonominë reale.
Deri më tani këtë vit, Greqia ka mbledhur rreth 2.5 miliardë euro, pjesa më e madhe në kredi, ndërsa ka aplikuar për 1 miliard euro të tjera grante, si pjesë e këstit të katërt. Duke qenë se Programi i Stabilitetit parashikon disbursime nga Fondi i Rimëkëmbjes këtë vit prej 2.5% të PBB-së, pra rreth 5.75 miliardë euro, qeveria po shpreson për mbledhjen e një kësti më shumë, i cili aktualisht nuk është i garantuar. Kërkesa ishte planifikuar të dorëzohej në tetor dhe ishte 3.6 miliardë euro grante dhe kredi. Megjithatë, përmbushja e pikave dhe objektivave përkatëse është e vështirë dhe ka të ngjarë të shtyjë kërkesën deri në dhjetor, kur kësti nuk ka gjasa të mblidhet brenda vitit.
Sipas të dhënave të Komisionit, Greqia deri më tani ka përmbushur 23% të objektivave, duke u angazhuar se do të mbledhë 36 miliardë euro të Fondit të Rimëkëmbjes. I mbeten edhe 77% për t’u përmbushur gjatë dy viteve të ardhshme.
