Legalizations, 3224 citizens receive property deeds - ASHK: Documents with digital seal in e-Albania

The Albanian Cadastre announces that during the month of April, 3224 legalization decisions were approved for citizens throughout the country, within the framework of the process of formalization and provision of ownership documentation. This process aims to provide legal security to families for legalized apartments and buildings, while also facilitating administrative procedures for beneficiary citizens.
According to the announcement of the Cadastre, all citizens who have benefited from the legalization decisions will be able to obtain the relevant document signed with a digital seal, which will be directly accessible in their profile on the e-Albania electronic platform. This procedure aims to avoid delays and physical appearances at counters, providing a faster and more transparent service for citizens.
Meanwhile, the names of the beneficiaries have been published on the official website, in the "Publications" section, divided according to the respective local directorates. Citizens should verify their names on these lists and follow the relevant procedures for the electronic withdrawal of documentation.
The Albanian Cadastre emphasizes that the legalization process continues throughout the country, with the aim of gradually closing files and providing the most efficient services to citizens.
