From the fuel market to TPL - Assembly Requests: The Competition Authority must investigate prohibited agreements
The review of the draft resolutions on the Competition Authority and the Deposit Insurance Agency was accompanied by discussions in the parliamentary committee on Economy.
The MPs criticized the activities of the Competition Authority, which according to them is not investigating important parts of the market, such as mandatory insurance for TPL vehicles, or the fuel market.
Regarding vehicle insurance, Braçe spoke about an agreement between companies operating in the market.
Meanwhile, regarding the duties of the Deposit Insurance Agency, it was requested that the mandatory deposits to be insured also include those that will be opened at the Albanian Development Bank.
