250 million euros for Albanian businesses - Radonshiqi: New package, support for integration
A 250 million euro financing program to prepare businesses for the European market will come into effect this fall.
Economic expert Romina Radonshiqi tells SCAN TV that businesses are facing unstoppable change, European integration and transformation is challenging. This initiative, according to her, will help Albanian businesses adapt to European Union standards.
The objective of this initiative is to inform about 48 thousand businesses, to increase certification according to EU standards, with the aim of competitiveness.
The program, which will be based on 4 pillars, will begin in October with door-to-door visits to businesses, which will be informed about everything needed to enter the European market.
To face market challenges and fluctuations in the euro exchange rate, the Albanian government has made a sovereign guarantee and a new financing portfolio available to small and medium-sized enterprises.
