Rivlerësimi, Tatimet: Në periudhën mars-qershor u kursyen 104.3 milionë euro kosto fiskale
Nga rivlerësimi i pasurive të paluajtshme janë kursyer deri në fund të muajit qershor 104.3 milionë euro kosto fiskale nga tatimpaguesit. Shifrën e ksa publikuar Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Tatimeve e cila me një postim në rrjetet e veta sociale shkruan se rivlerësimi u ka mundësuar individëve dhe bizneseve të përfitojnë nga tarifat e reduktuara të parashikuara në ligj.
Në postimin e DPT thuhet:
104.3 milionë euro kosto fiskale e kursyer nga tatimpaguesit gjatë periudhës Mars–Qershor 2026, falë rivlerësimit të pasurive të paluajtshme.
Rivlerësimi u ka mundësuar individëve dhe bizneseve të përfitojnë nga tarifat e reduktuara të parashikuara në ligj, duke ulur ndjeshëm koston fiskale që do të paguanin në rast të transferimit të pronës.
Afati për rivlerësimin përfundon më 31 Dhjetor 2026.
