The report: “98% of students have not been awarded scholarships”! Funding has been delayed for three years due to procedures

Students of Tirana’s universities have been waiting for scholarships for more than three years. The scholarships offered are those of students whose families are treated with economic aid and others include students with the best results. Representatives of the Civic Center show that the main problem starts with the drafting of lists of students’ names near the QSHA office.

Scholarship delays cause issues for students. After inquiring at the rectorate of the University of Tirana, it became known that the scholarship fund had been passed to the faculties and was expected to be distributed soon. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, scholarships for students should be given every month as help for them.
