Without a degree, what are the jobs albanian market is looking for? – Business in crisis for manpower, from farmers to trades
The lack of manpower has become a very big problem for businesses throughout the country, bringing about a reversal of the situation. Previously, the market was mostly looking for qualified employees, while now the demand is increasing to fill vacancies that do not require a degree or that are best suited to unemployed job seekers who do not have the appropriate education.
On its official website, the National Employment and Skills Agency has listed 1,577 job openings from private businesses as well as state institutions throughout the country.
What stands out is that most of the vacant positions do not require a degree or special qualifications. Thus, some of the categories of such positions are: laundry worker; store clerk; cleaning worker; goods system guard; pizza laundry worker; packaging worker; manual worker; packaging worker; machine labeler; storekeeper; bus driver; receptionist; sanitary; livestock farmer; tailor; waiter; bartender; plumber; carpenter; dairy worker; motorist; upholsterer. Most employers do not even require experience from applicants, taking over their on-the-job training in some way.
Also, this page lists positions that require higher education and experience, such as nurses, doctors, computer engineers, information and communication technology specialists, accountants, wood engineers, etc.
