A different proposal: INSTAT should become an employment “agency” –  The statistics platform has to post job vacancies

The employment of young people in Albania has become a challenge due to the salary and opportunities that the system can provide for these categories.

According to young people, finding a good job is achieved through friends. According to employment experts, posting job openings at various businesses or companies on the official website of Instat is the solution that all citizens should have access to.

Not investing in these factors, according to Muca, increases the number of discouraged people.

60% of young people in Albania find employment opportunities through a friend, and only 15% through state aid. According to labor experts, the mediation process for work and the standardization of recruitment procedures are the two issues that must be paid attention to when channeling young people into different professions.
