“AKSHI, incompetent and with questionable integrity.” Kallanxhi: The real damage from cyber attacks is yet unknown
The failure to provide a minimal protective barrier against the cyber attacks that have recently been undertaken against Albanian digital systems has not only highlighted the misuse of hundreds of millions of euros in investments but also the problems with the personnel of the National Agency of the Information Society.
IT expert Tomi Kallanxhi says that the staff of ANA aren’t even close to the right level in terms of professional standards, and they also show problems with integrity.
Kallanxhi says that the government must find the right formula for AKSHI, as well as other agencies, to be able to recruit high-level professionals with integrity.
Kallanxhi says that the level of damage that has been caused to our digital systems is not yet known, but the most worrying thing is how the data stolen from the databases of the Albanian state could be misused in the future.
