Court delays, cause problems for businesses

Businesses and citizens suffer as a result of the courts’ failure to clarify decisions, which are frequently made outside of legal deadlines.

And while the departure from the work of the Administrative Court was thought to be a catalyst for the problems of enterprises, it seems that it did not turn out that way.

Brikena Kasmi, lawyer and expert in administrative law, said for SCAN TV that the business climate is causing a regression in this area.

Lawyer Kasmi, a former Deputy Minister of Justice, says that delays in clarifying decisions are a big problem for business as they affect legal security.

According to Kasmi, the administration should be cooperative with the business and not create artificial difficulties for it.
